Cream Mints

 

 

1 3oz. Pkg Cream Cheese

 

¼ tsp peppermint extract

 

3 Cups Confectioners sugar

 

 

Combine cream cheese and extract.  Gradually add ½ of thesifted confectioners sugar.

 

Knead in remaining sugar and form into ½ inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet

 

and press with a fork.  Let stand 1 hour to harden.  Store in airtight container in the

 

refrigerator.  Makes  6 dozen.
